Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your items carefully at the time of pickup. We do not accept claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect products once they leave our warehouse.

All flooring, tiles, special orders, and clearance items are final sale. No returns.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, subject may up to 20% restocking fee.
Installed products cannot be returned.
Must provide the original Boss Home invoice.
